Our aim is to give you a quality experience that truly represents our city and region.
To do this we have sourced the best available, seasonal produce for our menu.
From seven am in the morning we start making our stocks, breads, pastas and
desserts and by the time you get here some of our dishes have been cooking for
nearly 24 hours.
We do this because we believe you can taste the difference and you appreciate
the work that goes in to creating your meal.
